International AnthemInternational Anthem “Golly” is a 2013 16h TB/KWPN (National Anthem XX x Ularinka- Krack C) gelding. Golly is an exciting young horse with a big future! He has successfully begun his eventing career, finishing his fall season with a move up to novice level and a fifth place finish in the four year old East Coast finals. He has three great gaits and is learning the basics of Dressage. Very brave to the fences both in the arena and on xc with a correct technique and a scopey jump. MoonshineMoonshine is a 2012 16.1 black Oldenburg x Thoroughbred (Contango x Bullet Card, by Press Card) gelding. As a four year old Moonshine impressed in the young event horse with scores of 83 in both the qualifiers and finals where he finished in fourth place. He was extremely competitive at novice with several wins and has moved up to training level easily this spring and continued his competitive ways. Fancy on the flat with three lovely gaits and a great gallop, very scopey over fences and brave XC. Ready to move up to preliminary. Moonshine has a lovely quiet and forgiving mind and is a pleasure to be around. Suitable for an ambitious amateur, young rider, or junior to develop.

He has a successful overseas record through CIC2* with a young rider before being imported in 2014 and taking an amateur through the one star level. Sensible and easy going, Thomas is suitable to take a young rider or amateur through the levels safely. Well schooled on the flat and over fences with a good attitude and nice ground manners.

MoeMister Optimistic “Moe” is a 2009 17h imported Irish Sport Horse 7/8 TB (Nigrasine x Rose Garland – Mr H VII) gelding. Moe has extensive experience at the one star level, wrapping up the 2017 season with a top 20 finish at the Jockey Club CCI1* out of 90 starters. Correct and uncomplicated, Moe is the amateur or junior rider’s dream. Always scores in the 40s at FEI and multiple horse trial wins at training and prelim. Brave on XC and goes in a rubber snaffle all three phases.

image1Feisty is a 2012 grey 15.2 KWPN mare (Special Memories, by Abdullah x Vidalia, by Contango). Beautifully bred to jump with enough blood to gallop, Feisty has a great start to her eventing career. Always finishing on her dressage score, Feisty finished third at her first event and won the second. In September of 2016, Feisty won the Novice division at Bucks County Horse Park Fall H.T.! That October, Fiesty went on to win again on her dressage score of 23.3 the Novice Horse division at the Radnor Hunt H.T. and has successfully made the move up to training level! She finished 2nd at the 2016 Fair Hill Young Event Horse Championships on her impressive score of 86.85. Feisty has three fancy paces, and a scopey jump with excellent technique behind. Suitable for a confident and ambitious young rider, professional, or adult to produce into a wonderful partner.


Mr. Magic Man

Mr. Magic ManMerlin is a 2011 16.3 dark bay Irish Sport Horse gelding (Lancelot – Clover Mill). This impressive young horse has been brought along in a professional program by a young rider. He has show jumped through 1.15 and evented training level successfully. Three excellent gaits and a soft, scopey jumping style.

Raz Cal

Raz CalRascal is a 2005 16.2 OTTB gelding. Raz has just started his eventing career after extensive training under saddle and ground work with his owner. He has competed at schooling shows through training level and just completed his first recognized novice on his dressage score to finish second.


SubiacoScooby is a 2008 16.1 Imported German Sporthorse with top bloodlines. Three correct, impressive gaits combined with a solid education on the flat mean that this horse rarely scores above 30 and has had CCI1* Dressage scores as low as 39.6. Easy and straightforward to the jumps with a relaxed attitude and a huge jump. Very experienced through the CCI* level.

This talented mare was Eventing NZ training level horse of the year as a five year old, won a CCI1* and competed through CIC** level in Australia and New Zealand before being imported to the States. She has taken her current junior rider through NAJYRC CCI1* as well as top ten FEI and AEC results.

VFE Saphira

SapphireVFE Saphira “Sophie” is a 2012 chestnut ISR/ Oldenburg mare (Silvio x Wolkenstein’s Willow – Wolkenstein II). Sophie has three fancy and correct gaits with plenty of power and suspension. Currently jumping small courses and showing scope and good technique. She was started slowly and correctly in a professional program and has fox hunted in Virginia. Although she is green Sophie is extremely brave to the fences and is impressing us with her excellent work ethic and attitude. Has won and placed at Preliminary and Open Intermediate consistently finishes on low 30’s dressage score. Solid in all phases. Very sound and a pleasure to handle. Easy to trailer, shoe, clip and a great traveler… nothing phases him.

Vamor is a 2003 15.3 Dutch Warmblood gelding by Marlon and out of an Indoctro mare. Toad is a great mover and very careful jumper. This talented horse was started and ridden through the CIC3* level by Scott Keach and won in the 1.40m jumpers. Toad has also been the Plantation Field Bareback High Jump Champion and won the $15,000 Southern Cross Mini Prix in 2015. Competed for the past year by a junior in the high Child/Adult jumpers with many clear rounds and a win in the Amateur Owner division while on lease. Easy to the jumps and wonderful to learn on.

Cassarino aka “Chaz”

Chaz Chaz is a 2007 16.3 imported Holsteiner gelding (Cassaro 5 x Rosy M, by Cardino). Chaz has competed through CIC2* with an amateur with multiple wins and placings. Chaz is a top mover and wins the dressage, very well schooled on the flat. He is extremely careful over fences with a wonderful jumping style. North Star Boy

North Star BoyNSB is a 2009 bay 16.1 British- bred Thoroughbred gelding (Acclamation x Isla Azul, by Machiavellian). NSB has three good gaits and a good basic understanding of flat work. He is extremely brave to the fences and shows good scope and technique, currently jumping small courses. Hacks quietly around the farm and is very sensible and sweet. NSB had exceptional care at the track, racing on the flat and over fences and his racing connections are excited for him to start a new chapter as a sport horse. VersaceVersace is a 2010 16.1 bay Thoroughbred gelding. Sweet and easy to ride on the flat and over fences, Versace has taken his previous rider from their first beginner novice through training without a single fault on cross country. In October, Versace moved up to the Preliminary level at The Virginia CCI/CIC and Horse Trials, finishing in 4th Place on his dressage score of 31.4!


Talbot is a 2007 15.3 Thoroughbred gelding (Regal Classic x Tap the Sky, by Pleasant Tap). Talbot began his eventing career in 2016 and has finished on his dressage score in his first five starts. Fancy and easy on the flat and to the jumps with an auto change. Congratulations to Jules and Donna Brescia on the purchase of Talbot!

Lamondale Florinia aka “Flora”

Flora is a 2010 16.3 black Australian Warmblood mare (Fürst Love x Shirley R, by Salute). Imported from Australia in 2015, Flora won her first novice on her dressage score of 20.3. Congratulations to Cindi Cauffman on the purchase of Flora!


Waterford, is a 2006 Danish Warmblood who was imported in 2010. He has successfully competed through the Intermediate level with Olivia Loiacono on the West Coast, and finished second on his dressage score at Copper Meadows in 2015. At Fair Hill in 2016, Waterford finished 3rd in the Preliminary divison. Competing Intermediate at Waredaca HT, Waterford placed 2nd! At Plantation Field in September, Waterford placed 8th in the CIC2*. He is a beautifully put together horse with a ton of jump and movement. A huge congrats to Barb Crabo on the purchase of Waterford! We look forward to following your promising future together!

Henry and Jennie kicked off their partnership together in 2014 with a win in the Intermediate at Fair Hill on a dressage score of 21.9, followed by a win in the CIC2* at the Virginia Horse Trials! They successfully made the move up to Advanced, placing an impressive 4th at their first attempt at the level, and finished in 3rd place at the Cosequin Stuart HT CIC2* and 8th out of more than 80 starters at the Plantation Field CIC2*. Congratulations to former working student, Stephanie Hancock on the purchase of Henry!

Drummer’s Call aka “Ringo”

Ringo is a 16.2 2003 imported Oldenburg gelding (Dimension- St Inula XX). He is the perfect horse to bring a rider up the levels with good placings through CCI2* ridden by an adult amateur. He is a top finisher at training and preliminary, winner at 1* and would suit an amateur or a junior looking for a competitive 1* horse to take to NAJYRC. Quiet and uncomplicated on the flat and over fences and a confidence building packer on cross country. Best of luck to Carina Erickson and Ringo, congratulations!

Kilkenny aka “Drake”

Drake is a 2005, 16.2 hand  imported Irish Sport Horse gelding by the Holsteiner stallion Limmerick. This incredibly fancy horse has competed through Intermediate eventing and schools 3rd level dressage. Plenty of quality for jumpers. Drake is simple to ride and careful to the jumps, easily jumping 4’+ courses. Very sweet and personable in the barn. Congratulations to Hailey Kates, we wish you two the best!

Aspire R

Aspire R

Aspire is a 2005 16.2 hand Warmblood gelding imported from Australia in the fall of 2015. Aspire was bred and campaigned by Heath Ryan through the CCI3* level, most recently finishing second in the Tamworth CIC3* and has previously won the CCI2* at Quirindi. He would be an excellent opportunity for an ambitious young rider or professional. Aspire is well schooled and fancy on the flat and over fences and very sweet in the barn. Jennie and Aspire kicked off 2016 by finishing on their dressage score to place 5th in the Intermediate at Rocking Horse in January. Congratulations to Lesley Collins and Susie Beale on the purchase of this fabulous horse!

Ula is a 2002 imported KWPN mare (Krack C x Marinka, by Darwin). Ularinka has competed through the CIC2* level before proving herself as a successful broodmare for Nina Gardner. This classy mare has returned to competition and is ready to show an amateur or young rider the ropes. Very impressive, easy, and uncomplicated both on the flat and over fences. Congratulations to Becca Hunt! We wish you the best of luck with this special horse.


BroomerBroomer is a 2009 dark bay Thoroughbred gelding (Thunder Gulch x Sweep Up, by Skip Away). Broomer is quiet and uncomplicated with three good gaits and an excellent jump. Indie is a 2004 Dutch Warmblood by Vechta with a great mind and wonderful gaits. He has an amazing personality as well as plenty of talent, always putting down a competitive dressage test, and has jump to spare. He finished 3rd in his first CCI2* at the end of the 2012 season and at the start of the 2014 season won the CIC2* at Poplar Place. A huge congratulations to Sloane Pierpont, we wish you the best of luck with this talented horse!

The Alchemyst

Debbie-Rosen-The-Alchemyst-530x640“Albert” is a 2000 16.3h, Canadian Sport Horse gelding.  The Alchemyst is well known as a strong and very capable 4* mount. Incredibly sound, consistently one of the soundest upper level horses in the country. He completed the Rolex CCI4* in 2009 and 2010, and since then has had top placings at multiple 3* and Advanced level events. “Albert” is a very talented jumper and is exceptionally bold. He has taken a young rider around her first CCI1* and Intermediate horse trial, and he is ready to win at Young Riders in the 1* or 2* and show someone the ropes around the upper levels. We wish Lauren Sherrill the best of luck with this special boy!

William Penn

Incredibly sweet and easy to be around in the barn. He has successfully competed through the CCI3* level. Congratulations to Don Stewart Stables on the acquisition of this special horse!


IMG_6336Whitfield is a 2010 16.1h dark bay Thoroughbred gelding (Private Vow x Seda Fina, by Known Fact) who was lightly raced by Michael Matz. He has been nicely let down and restarted and is ready to go in any direction. Whitfield has three good gaits and is easy to get along with. He finished in 2nd place on his dressage score of 28 at Novice level at his first horse trial, and placed 3rd at his second horse trial to Novice level, finishing on his dressage score again.


Meadow Tan, aka “Tango”

photoTango is a 2009 16.2h dark bay unraced TB mare (Meadow Monster x Tanisha, by Shadow Show). In 2014 Tango made the move up to Novice and has been jumping consistent clear rounds in the jumping phases. Easy on the flat and over fences with three good paces and a comfortable jump.




Darkwatch, aka “Darkie”

imageDarkwatch is a 2008 bay Thoroughbred gelding (Royal Academy x Without, by Unbridled). Darkwatch was a successful jump race horse before switching gears and learning the ropes of Eventing. He quickly impressed us with his incredible gaits and athleticism coupled with an unmatched good mind. Congratulations to Erin Hofmann on the purchase of this fabulous horse!






Etoile is a 2005 light bay thoroughbred imported from Belgium, measuring 16.3h. Competed to the Intermediate level in the discipline of eventing and represented Ontario at the North American Junior & Young Riders Championships at the 1* level, summer of 2012 and 2013. Etoile is suited for a confident rider who intends to either pursue young riders as well as compete to the 2* level. He is also suited for a rider looking to compete in the equitation ring or as a 1.20m jumper. He is a true sweetheart in the barn who adores his mints, easy for farriers/vets and is great to load/trailer on anything. Etoile to date has had no health or soundness issues and has always been an easy keeper.

50 Cent, aka “Curtis”

unnamed-1Curtis is a 2007, 16.1 hand, bay TB gelding. He has never raced and has three lovely gates with an amazing mind to match. He will be competing with Jennie this summer, and completed his first Beginner Novice at The Maryland HT.

Right Above It, aka “Carter”


Right Above It, or Carter as he is known around the barn is a 2008 16.3 hand imported Irish Sport Horse who was found and imported by Flynn Sport Horses through Carol Gees Fernhill Sport Horses in Ireland.

Jennie purchased Carter from Matt Flynn with the help of Nina and Tim Gardner. Carter has it all! He is a big mover with a great attitude who loves his job. He competed at the Training level in 2013 with many top 5 finishes to his credit and looks to be a big time horse in the years to come. Carter has started the 2014 season off with a bang winning back to back Training level events at Rocking Horse and Ocala Horse Properties, finishing on his dressage score in the 20’s both times. Jennie and Carter recently placed second in the Preliminary at Rocking Horse Winter II. Best of luck to Carter and his new owner.

 Crimson Tide, aka “Red”

Red ocala 2012 fix16.2h, 2003 unraced Thoroughbred gelding. Crimson Tide aka “Red” has it all! Wonderful movement, great scope and he makes time easily. Currently competing successfully at Preliminary eventing and in the 4ft Jumpers, he is ready to move up in both disciplines. This talented horse is also winning at 2nd Level and schooling 3rd and 4th level dressage! Red would even do well as an equitation horse, and he would make an excellent Hunter Derby horse. He has no vices, he clips, ties, stands for farrier & self loads on trailer. We wish all the best to Red and his new owner.

Walkabout, aka “Will”

Walkabout, or Will as he is known around the barn, is a 2001 thoroughbred who had solid results at the Intermediate & 2* Levels in 2010 before moving up to Advanced during the 2011 season where he was 2nd and 5th at his first 2 starts at the level! In 2012 he continued to perform well, completing two CIC3* events and should be in top form for 2013.

Will is all heart and loves every challenge put in front of him. When unsure he often gives out more effort than is needed and is bold as well as careful. Will has the heart and gallop to be a true competitor. Congratulations to Lynne Bauer on purchasing this incredible horse.

BANTRY BAY V, aka “Corky”

Bantry Bay “Corky” was sent to Jennie to sell when his owner Tory Smith headed off to law school. This horse took the eventing world by storm at the CCI3* level with multiple wins and a gold cup victory as well as advanced horse of the year. Jennie quickly found him the perfect new home where he is loving life and having fun with his new owner. Congratulations to Birch Hill Investments LLC on the purchase of Bantry Bay.

Catch A Star is a world-class horse. Jennie competed this talented horse through the Advanced level for Rachel Dwyer prior to selling her to Caitlin Silliman who has had tremendous success with her. This horse is truly one to watch. Congrats to Caitlin on purchasing Catch A Star.

Filou is a very talented horse Jennie had the pleasure of selling for Rachael Dwyer. This gelding has endless natural talent and is a pleasure to ride. Congratulations to Sydney and Vicki Rabbe on their purchase of this lovely horse.

Coletrane was a New Jersey TB Rescue horse and quickly took to eventing. Even though Coletrane is young, he has the braveness and attitude of a twice his age. Coming off the track, his new owners suspected he would be a project. They were pleasantly surprised when he proved himself to be more of a school master type of ride. He is currently competing in Area III with his new junior rider. Coletrane is a barn favorite, easy to work with, and learns fast.  Congratulations to his new owner Charlotte Gardiner and best of luck!


“Visa” is a TB/Trakehner cross by Tribute. He was a joy to have in the barn and we wish his new owner the best of luck and success with him.
